Shipping Method and Rates
We ship via priority mail unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. They are as follows:
These rates apply to US customers only. Please contact us for international shipping rates. There may be an additional charge for packages considered by USPS to be oversized. If you prefer a faster shipping method, please contact us to put in your request.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is Guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original, unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or refund. However, the refund will not include the shipping and handling costs. This excludes one time wear specialty, formal, and birthday items of clothing. Also excludes sale items, which are final sale items and non-returnable.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
