Cassie's Closet Pet Shoppe opened in 2004. The boutique concept was concieved by Jean and Breanna Christensen (Mother & Daughter), two women with a love and passion for animals. Cassie's Closet is a boutique and pet shoppe selling high end merchandise as well as teacup and small breed puppies. Cassie's Closet prides itself on finding the highest quality puppies available, dealing with only reputable breeders.

These policies apply to boutique items only, not puppies.

Shipping Method and Rates
We ship via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. They are as follows:
For orders up to $50, shipping is $8
For orders from $51 to $100, shipping is $12
For orders from $101 to $200, shipping is $16
For orders from $201 to $300, shipping is $21
For order from $301 to $500, shipping is $29
For orders from $501 to $800, shipping is $35
For orders over $800, shipping within the continental US is complimentary

These rates apply to US customers only. Please contact us for international shipping rates. There may be an additional charge for packages considered by UPS to be oversized. If you prefer a faster shipping method, please contact us to put in your request.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is Guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or refund. However, the refund will not include the shipping and handling costs.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

Please note:
We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
